These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the me335 platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and me335. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on me335. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be voided without prior notice.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3.1 Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the me335 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through household members — is strictly prohibited.
3.2 When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You undertake to update your Account information promptly if any details change. me335 is not liable for any losses or delays arising from inaccurate Account information provided by you.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials shall be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified me335 of a security breach in writing via the support email.
3.4 me335 reserves the right to refuse any Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. me335 accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved Indonesian banking channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, and BSI. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via direct bank transfer are typically credited to a Player's Account within minutes of bank confirmation. me335 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank, including scheduled maintenance windows, public holidays, or inter-bank clearing delays.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests submitted by Players with verified Accounts are processed by me335 during the withdrawal window of 08:00–22:00 WIB on standard operating days. Requests submitted outside this window will be queued and processed from 08:00 WIB the following operating day.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4.5 KYC Requirement. me335 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays until documentation is satisfactorily submitted and reviewed.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). me335 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.
4.7 Source of Funds. By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not derived from any illegal activity. me335 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger internal compliance thresholds.
5.1 General. me335 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonus offers are subject to individual terms that are published alongside the respective promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for matters relating solely to that promotion.
5.2 Welcome Bonus. The Welcome Bonus is available to new Players making their first deposit only. The offer is a 100% deposit match up to Rp 20.000.000, subject to a 30x wagering requirement applied to the combined total of the deposit amount and the bonus amount. The Welcome Bonus must be used within 30 calendar days of activation; unused bonus funds will expire after this period.
5.3 Wagering Contribution. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual bonus terms. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers contribute at the rate stated on the relevant promotion page.
5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Only real-money Balance is withdrawable unless otherwise specified.
5.5 Abuse & Misuse. me335 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines in good faith that a Player has abused the bonus system, engaged in arbitrage, used multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or employed any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.6 Right to Modify. me335 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments to Players who have already activated the relevant offer.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the me335 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are solely responsible for verifying bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a wager. me335 is not obligated to reverse bets placed in error.
6.2 me335 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by technical error, data feed failure, or force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to match abandonment, postponement beyond 48 hours, or verified integrity concerns.
6.3 Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. By confirming a wager, you accept the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
6.4 Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are treated as a single bet. If one or more legs of a mix parlay wager are voided, the voided leg is treated as a push (odds of 1.00) and the remaining legs stand.
6.5 me335 applies standard maximum payout limits per event, which are published on the sportsbook interface. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped accordingly regardless of the odds at time of bet placement.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the me335 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of balances, and legal action where applicable:
8.1 me335 operates a risk-based KYC framework. All Players are required to complete at least a basic identity verification before their first withdrawal. Enhanced verification may be requested for higher-value transactions or when triggered by internal compliance monitoring.
8.2 Acceptable identification documents include: a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a valid Indonesian passport, or a valid Indonesian driving licence. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and not expired.
8.3 For source-of-funds verification, me335 may request recent bank statements, payslips, or other financial documentation. This requirement is applied on a risk-sensitive basis and does not apply to the majority of standard-activity accounts.
8.4 KYC is completed once. Verified Players are not required to re-submit documentation on each subsequent withdrawal request unless me335's compliance team identifies a specific reason requiring re-verification.
8.5 me335 handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely, used solely for verification purposes, and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
9.1 All content on the me335 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and branding materials — is the property of me335 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of me335's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to a claim for damages.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, me335, its operators, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
10.2 me335 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. me335 is not liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.
10.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by me335's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
11.1 me335 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.
11.2 me335 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where strictly necessary for service delivery — such as payment processing, identity verification, and fraud prevention — and subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting me335 support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered bank account, subject to standard processing times and pending KYC completion.
12.2 Termination by me335. me335 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any conduct that me335 determines in good faith poses a risk to the Platform or its other Players.
12.3 Upon termination for cause, me335 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, that Balance may be permanently voided. Where no breach is confirmed, the Balance will be returned in accordance with clause 12.1.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which me335 holds its international operating licence. This choice of governing law does not deprive you of any protections afforded to you as a consumer under the mandatory laws of Indonesia.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
13.3 Nothing in this clause prevents you from making a complaint directly to me335's customer support team as a first step in any dispute resolution process.
14.1 me335 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact method on file (where practicable) and by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 12.1.
